Maria Sharapova defeated at the Wimbledon 2009
The biggest upset of the Wimbledon 2009 has been produced Wednesday. Russian sensation Maria Sharapova has found herself out of the tournament in a premature stage. Fans watch live Wimbledon online could see today how Masha lost in 3 sets against Gisela Dulko.
Sharapova started the game as she used us too, after returning from the important shoulder injury. She lost the first set 2-6 but managed to fight back in the second and claim it for 6-3. The 3rd set was decide by a single break of serve and Maria had to leave the tournament.
Wimbledon tennis fan know that this is the first big upset of the season. Many considered Sharapova one of the top favorites, after the Williams sisters, of winning the 2009 Ladies’ Singles title.
